COVID-19 RESPONSE

The safety of our clients, caregivers and employees is our top priority. We have highly trained infection prevention caregivers who closely follow the guidelines of the CDC and the local public health department. Our caregivers are required to stay home and isolate if they feel sick or have been exposed to covid-19 until a negative test result is available. However, a disruption of service may be caused due to this policy if we are not able to find a replacement. In addition, clients and their families are required to notify Amazing support home care immediately if a family member, client is sick or may have been exposed to the virus.

Amazing support home care continues to be in close contact with federal, state and local agencies to ensure that our clients, caregivers and staff receive the best possible care. We have many safety protocols in place including masking and enhanced cleaning practices.
